Description
1. Move arrow up to determine quantity and click add to cart (default is one item)
2. Click view cart
3. Make sure quantity is correct and click Proceed to Checkout
4. Enter Your Information on Secure Page
5. Check echeck at bottom of page and then click Place Order
6. Secure Pop up is displayed and enter in check information
7. Click Approve Payment
