It can be ordered for just under $20 and delivered to you. The theory basically net gain vs net loss, or enrgy in vs energy out. Eating food that requires more calories to digest than the amount of calories contained in them will use more energy, slow down the rate of fat conversion and and enable you to lose more weight quickly.
Foods that are included in this diet are fruits, vegetables, seafood and beef. This diet seems mainly plant based than encourages eating large sums of raw vegetables, low protein and no dairy or whole grains. So this in mind, it may be a good idea for a short terms cleanse, but will not be able to last as a long term solution.
While the theory makes sense, the diet must be ordered to learn about what foods may assist this process of weight loss. Additionally, we are not sure how long it lasts, if it provides proper nourishment or if it promotes exercise.
