Strawberries, fresh or frozen, sliced, in light syrup (16 ounces)
Chocolate chips (12-ounce) bag
Angel food cake (1 loaf)
Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt (1/2 gallon)
Place 1 cup sliced strawberries in an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Place 1/4 cup chocolate chips in a small plastic bag, and crush with a rolling pin.
Cut 4 (1-ounce) slices of angel food cake. Drizzle strawberry puree on 4 plates, followed by cake slices. Place 1/3 cup frozen yogurt on top and sprinkle 1 tablespoon crushed chocolate chips.
Yield: 4 servings.
