4 (4-ounce) boneless pork loin chops
1 teaspoon blackened seasoning
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 1/4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1 1/4 teaspoons sugar
Sprinkle blackened seasoning on both sides of pork chops. Add oil to a large nonstick skillet and heat on high. Add pork chops and cook each side for 4 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove pork chops from pan and keep warm.
In a small bowl, combine water and remaining ingredients. Add mixture to pan and cook for 45 seconds over medium-high heat, or until mixture is approximately 1/4 cup. Serve 1 tablepoon of sauce over each pork chop.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 pork chop and 1 tablespoon sauce).
