1 piece of (16-ounce) loaf French bread, cut in half horizontally and vertically 3 times to form 8 pieces
1/4 cup marinara sauce
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 tablespoon diced ham
1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon sliced green onion
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Take cut side of bread and coat with cooking spray; and place bread on a baking sheet cut side up. Bake at 450 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
Spread marinara sauce on bread; followed by remaining ingredients, with cheese topping pizza. Bake at 450 degrees for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Yield: 1 serving.
