4 (4-ounce) flounder fillets
2 teaspoons lemon-herb seasoning
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, drained
3 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup chopped radishes
1 tablespoon fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
Coat broiler pan with butter spray and place fish on rack. Coat fish with spray and sprinkle with lemon-herb seasoning.
Broil fish on second rack for 8 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Combine pineapple and remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Top each fillet with 1/4 cup pineapple salsa.
