Total time: 9 minutes
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 (4-ounce) swordfish steaks (1 inch thick)
In a small bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Brush mixture over fish.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; turn on heat to medium-hot. Place fish on rack and grill covered for 3 minutes. Turn fish over and cook for 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Yield: 2 servings.
