3 tablespoons Creole mustard
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice (about 1/2 lime)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 pound boneless sirloin steak (3/4 inch thick)
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine first 4 ingredients; stirring well.
Coat a broiler pan with cooking spray and place steak on pan. Spoon half of mustard mixture over steak and broil for 4 minutes. Turn steak; spread remaining mustard mixture over steak and broil for 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Put steak on a serving platter and top with parsley and pepper.
Pair with Chipotle Potatoes for a smashing dinner.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 3 ounces steak).
