Strawberries, fresh or frozen, sliced, in light syrup (16 ounces)
Vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt (1/2 gallon)
Place 2 cups sliced strawberries in an electric blender. Cover and process until smooth. Take 4 dessert dishes and spoon 1/2 cup frozen yogurt into each. Spoon strawberry puree over yogurt and garnish with additional strawberry slices, if desired.
Yield: 4 servings.
