Olive oil-flavored cooking spray
1/2 pound thinly sliced lean roast beef, cut into strips
1 large sweet red pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 large green pepper, seeded and thinly sliced
1 large onion, thinly sliced
4 (2.8-ounce) steak rolls, split and warmed
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium-high heat. Add meat, peppers, and onion; saute mixture until meat is hot and onion is tender. Spoon meat mixture into rolls and sprinkle oregano, if desired, ontop of mixture.
Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 roll, 1/2 cup beef mixture).
