Comments: My exercise program before Live Lean Today was mostly running. I did a few miles a couple times a week. I found that I was stuck in a rut, and that I didn’t have the strength I wanted. When I first started, I had muscles sore that I didn’t even know I had. I feel great and feel a big difference in how strong I am. I found out when I started that I didn’t have very good balance, everyday now I see the difference and it is encouraging. Though I ran before I want to run a road race now and I am enjoying training with my heart rate monitor and doing the different workouts. I don’t do the same thing everyday anymore and I love that.
10/8/06: I am up to using the blue band for most of my exercises, which is hard. Also, my son brought his dog over and I was running around with him in the backyard. I didn’t even notice that a half hour went by. I would only have been able to do maybe 5 minutes before.
