There is a lot of curiosity surrounding what celebrities use to get into shape. What is their workout program? What diet pills do they use? How do they get such great results? Well, one thing you have to keep in mind is that celebrities who are trying to get into shape for a movie or back into shape after pregnancy, have much more available time to invest and resources at their disposal to obtain optimum results. They will have trainers, dieticians, massage therapists and plenty of time to train. So it might be unrealistic to hear how fast a celebrity lost weight and got into shape when we might not have the time or resources to get equivalent results in the same time frame.
Some of the diets that have been quoted as being used by celebrities to get into shape are commonly familiar to us as well, and we’ll take a closer look at a few. The Zone Diet is said to have been successfully used by Jennifer Aniston to lose a few pounds. The Zone Diet breaks your meals up into percentages of macronutrients into a 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat ratio. Most Dieticians would tell you that your meals should consist of 60% carbs, so this diet is considered low carb because it cuts down 20% of your normal carb intake. Anna Nicole Smith promoted TrimSpa supplements which promote a number of weight loss supplements for fat burning, metabolic stimulation, appetite suppressant and enhanced thyroid function, and said they helped her lose an abundant amount of weight.
Even Oprah Winfrey, who has made her weight loss struggles very public for many years, credits her trainer Bob Greene and his now famous boot camp for helping her to get the results she has always wanted. One thing stuck out in my mind when hearing them discuss this issue on her show recently. She had been up and down with her weight for years and they both had said she didn’t begin to achieve long term success until she became serious and was honest with herself. This struck me as one of the reasons people fail to see results in their programs. There is a lack of commitment to the entire process and justification for previous failure.
It is motivating to see celebrities be successful and our natural tendency is to want to follow their lead as role models and use what they use to get the results they have achieved. There are a lot of supplements available that can give you a boost in reaching weight loss goals and many have been used by celebrities. But remember to be committed to yourself and the process of getting results. While there may be a tendency to want to use what celebrities use, every diet, supplement and plan will work different for different people. Learn what is best for you and your needs and be committed. Do what is best for you and you will achieve the success you want.
