Live was conceived by two of the United States’ top personal trainers to provide the millions of Americans facing fitness challenges with a system of support to help them reach their goals (read the Founders Message). In their work, they found that their clients needed three major elements to succeed: 1) a fitness plan providing continual opportunities to feel successful; 2) a nutrition plan based on scientific fact; and 3) an interactive resource for finding answers to questions, peers with similar goals, and a forum for sharing successes, strategies, and solutions.
At Live, our goal is to fill all three of those needs.
Live’s Fitness Plans are focused around the concept of the “inner athlete.” Many of our clients come to us with goals surrounding their appearance. With Live’s fitness plans, however, they soon find that the cosmetic goals are only a part of the level of fitness that they truly want and deserve. By bringing out the “inner athlete” in all of our clients, we help them feel success at every stage along the way.
Scientifically Proven Nutrition Plans
The primary goal of our Nutrition Plan is to help you learn to feed your body the fuel that it needs to support a higher metabolism and lifelong fitness. Through our plans, you will learn why You Can’t Starve Yourself To Better Health, and how you can become one of those fit people who can Eat All Day Without Gaining a Pound.
We offer an easy-to-use menu planner that lets you eat the foods that you enjoy and recipes to help you diversify your meals. Once you’ve planned your week, our program will even create your shopping list for you.
The Live Community is a valuable resource for all of our clients. Our Message Boards provide a place to talk to other Live members to share successes and strategies. They are monitored by our staff of certified trainers and registered dieticians and are a valuable resource for finding answers to your questions. We also plan Live Events, featuring opportunities to get together with other fitness-minded people for everything from local walk and run events to international, fitness-based excursions. For those of you choosing the Live Lean Plan (see Service Plans), you will also benefit from daily access to one-on-one, online chats with your own personal trainer and a member of our team of registered dieticians for plan customization and feedback.
