When you become a member of our Live Lean Plan, you will be able to enjoy all of these benefits for a small fraction of the price that you would pay through a health club.Through our Live Lean Plan, you will be assigned a trainer who will work with you to customize your workouts and menu and help you reach your fitness goals. You will enjoy daily access to your personal trainer, supported by our staff of certified trainers, via online instant chat. That means no waiting for email responses. You will be talking to him or her in real time as if your trainer was right there in the room with you.

If you have any questions about your workout, need help figuring out how to break some old habits, or just need some assistance with the meal planning tool, help is just an instant chat away.

This is the control center for your Live Lean Program. Upon joining, you will be prompted to create your password-protected Live Personal Account. Through your account, you will have access to your own personal fitness site for communicating with your personal trainer. You can use this area to view your weekly exercise and nutrition plans, track your workouts by entering summary information, and fill out your weekly menu. In addition to posting your customized workouts and nutritional information, your personal trainer will use this area to monitor your progress so that you can have focused discussions about your goals and challenges each time you meet online. . Once you have created your account, you will fill out an online evaluation questionnaire. You will then be contacted to set up your first appointment with your Live Personal Trainer. By reviewing the answers to the questionnaire and talking with you over a live, one-on-one, online chat session, your trainer will be able to create your personalized exercise and nutrition programs based on your current fitness level and your own individual challenges and goals. Do you have an old sports injury? Limited flexibility? A limited knowledge of exercise form or equipment? Dietary restrictions?You can cover all of these topics with your personal trainer so that he or she can answer your questions and design the best plan for you.


Based on your private, online chat conversations with your trainer and the information that you enter into your personal account, each week you will receive a new fitness plan designed especially for you. The plan will help you train your whole body to help you manage your weight, strengthen and tone your muscles, increase your flexibility, stability and cardiovascular fitness and improve your body’s ability to efficiently use fat as a fuel source.

You will be able to view photos and instructions online that will show you the proper form for doing the exercises that you are assigned. To further aid you in your workouts, you will be able to watch a video of the exercise, print the exercise instructions, and download the video for future reference. Of course, your personal trainer is also there to help. If you are still unsure about an exercise, you will have access to your personal trainer several days per week to ask questions or get clarification.


Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand. In order to change the results you’ve been getting, more than likely, we’ll also have to change what you’ve been doing. Your personal trainer can help you create your own personalized food plan, integrate your favorite foods, and work with you one-on-one to create strategies for making the plan work with your lifestyle. You will also have daily one-on-one access through online chat sessions to Live’s team of Registered Dieticians for any additional questions you may have.

Based on your initial online evaluation and a personal interview with your trainer, we will provide you with a food plan that will help feed your metabolism throughout the day to maintain an optimal caloric burn whether you are exercising, working, watching television, or sleeping.

The Nutrition Plan will provide an outline of the types and amounts of food that you should be eating at each meal. Using our Menu Planner’s convenient lists, you will chose the foods that you like best to fill out your daily menu. To keep a little variety in your week, we have also provided several recipes for you to choose from. Once you have created your meal plan for the week, a grocery list will be generated for you automatically. Your personal trainer will also be available to assist you in filling out your menu and to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Through the Live Lean Plan, our goal is to provide you with both the professional and peer support that you will need to succeed. In addition to your private daily meetings with your personal trainer and dietician, we have also created the Live Community.

Live’s Message Boards provide the perfect forum for you to talk with peers making the same positive changes that you are, and share strategies and successes.
